Compensation
- Full-skill (after Ops cert): 30 days 90/10 → 30 days 75/25 → 60/40
- Basic: 60/40 ongoing
- Training: 40/60 (tech/house) until cleared
- Tips are 100% tech; arcade/tokens are not on the split
